Blossoms Promotional Products and Creations: Manufacturer FAQs
This page answers the questions buyers ask before sending a first enquiry. It is written to be checked rather than admired, so the answers are specific.
Blossoms Promotional Products and Creations manufactures corporate gifts, branded apparel and uniforms in Bengaluru, and has done since 1998.
Who we are
Blossoms was founded in 1998 by Arif Baig and Geethal Baig. Adnan Baig joined in 2020, making the business second generation. It operates from Bengaluru and supplies clients across India.
The business was started to solve three specific problems buyers faced in this category: compromise on quality, unreliable delivery timelines, and an inability to supply at genuine bulk volumes. Those three remain the operating priorities.
What we manufacture
The range covers custom crewneck and round neck t-shirts, custom polo t-shirts, corporate shirts, custom uniforms, custom caps, jerkins and sweatshirts, office bags and corporate backpacks, jute and cotton bags, and promotional umbrellas.

Are you a manufacturer or a reseller?
A manufacturer. Fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, branding and quality control are handled in house or across units we control, rather than routed to a third party and marked up.
The practical consequence is that a sample comes from the same line that will run your bulk order, production can be reprioritised for an urgent deadline, and a problem can be remade rather than negotiated.
Which sectors do you already supply?
Blossoms supplies clients across the cement, paint, FMCG, education, heavy engineering and government sectors, in Bengaluru and across India.
That spread matters for a new buyer because each sector stresses a different capability. Cement and heavy engineering demand durability and safety specification. FMCG demands high-volume dealer distribution. Education demands size collection across large groups and consistent reordering across years.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimums vary by product and branding method rather than sitting at one blanket number. Blossoms is set up for bulk supply, and the economics work in the buyer's favour as volume rises.
If your requirement is below a viable production run, we will say so rather than quote you badly. For genuinely small quantities, an aggregator will usually serve you better, and that is worth knowing before you spend time on an enquiry.
How long does an order take?
Lead time depends on quantity, fabric availability, branding method and how quickly artwork and sizes are confirmed. In practice the production stages are predictable and the variable is almost always approval time on the buyer's side.
For an order against a fixed event date, tell us the date first. Working backwards from it produces a realistic plan; working forwards from an order date produces an optimistic one.
Why does any of this matter
Branded merchandise is measurably effective when it is specified properly. The 2026 ASI Global Advertising Impressions Study, based on surveys of nearly 5,000 consumers, found that 85% of consumers remember the advertiser who gave them a logoed product, that 78% keep promotional products because they find them useful, and that a typical item generates around 3,300 brand views over its lifetime at an average cost of $0.006 per impression.
Apparel is the largest category in that industry at 16.1% of spending, followed by drinkware, caps and headwear at 9.0%, and bags at 7.2%. Those are the categories where manufacturing quality decides whether the item is worn or discarded.
How we quote
A quote is built from fabric, cutting and stitching, branding, packing and delivery, rather than from a catalogue price with a discount applied. That is why we ask for specification detail before quoting rather than after.
The information that lets us quote accurately the first time is the quantity, the garment type, the fabric and GSM if you have a preference, the branding method and number of colours, the size breakup if you have collected it, the packing requirement, and the delivery locations. Where you do not have a view on fabric or GSM, we will recommend one against the use case rather than defaulting to the cheapest option.
If you are working to a fixed budget per head, tell us the number rather than asking for options. It is faster and produces a better garment, because we can move the specification levers ourselves instead of quoting three products and hoping one lands.
Sampling and approvals
For bulk orders we produce a pre-production sample from the same line that will run the order. The sample is the reference against which the delivered goods are checked, so approving it carelessly removes your own protection later.
What to check on a sample: colour against the approved swatch in daylight rather than under showroom lighting, stitch quality at the shoulder and side seams, branding placement against the measurements in the brief, and the measurement chart against the stated tolerance. Photograph the approved sample before returning it, so both sides hold the same reference.
Reorders and colour consistency
Fabric is dyed in batches, and two batches of the same specified colour can differ visibly. This is normal in textile manufacturing and it is the single most common surprise for buyers reordering a uniform six or twelve months later.
There are three ways to manage it. Book the full fabric quantity upfront for a multi-year programme, which is the most reliable. Retain a reference swatch against which later runs are matched, which narrows the variance without eliminating it. Or plan a full refresh cycle so the whole workforce changes together rather than mixing batches within one team.
We raise this before a uniform order rather than after, because the decision has to be made at the first order to be useful.
